Principal Researcher

Mr Sheng Yee Zher works as a Principal Researcher at Institute for Adult Learning. He performs extensive nationwide quantitative research on topics such as lifelong learning, job and skills, and workers’ well-being. One of his studies involves the development of a lifelong learning index, tracking Singapore's lifelong learning culture over time.
